Imani Perry, Mario Moore and Visualizing the Battle Cry

This spring, Imani Perry, the Hughes-Rogers Professor of African American Studies and Mario Moore, visual artist and Princeton University Hodder Fellow  explored the links between the plight of Black soldiers during the Civil War and the state of racial justice and Black culture in modern-day America through their Princeton Atelier course, "Visualizing the Battle Cry" this past spring.
