File a report online You can file a formal report or complaint of bias, discrimination or harassment online. Reports and complaints filed online are directed to the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity. You may also submit a report by email or in person to Cheri Burgess, the Director for Institutional Equity in the Office of the Provost. Make a report with a Campus Partner There are several non-confidential campus resources with to whom you might feel more comfortable reporting what happened.
