Step 2: What options do I have?

File a report online

You can file a formal report or complaint of bias, discrimination or harassment online.  Reports and complaints filed online are directed to the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity.

You may also submit a report by email or in person to Cheri Burgess, the Director for Institutional Equity in the Office of the Provost.

Make a report with a Campus Partner

There are several non-confidential campus resources with to whom you might feel more comfortable reporting what happened.  These resources are trained to receive hear your concerns and receive your report, and they will share the information you provide with the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity:

Director for Institutional Equity in the Office of the Provost
Senior Human Resources Managers or the Executive Director of Client Services in the Office of Human Resources
Associate Deans in the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students
Associate Deans in the Office of the Dean of the Graduate School
Associate Deans of the Faculty in the Office of the Dean of the Faculty
Director for Human Resources in the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory

Make an anonymous report

If you wish to remain anonymous, you may submit an anonymous report through the University’s EthicsPoint Hotline. Reports of bias, discrimination and/or harassment submitted anonymously to the EthicsPoint Hotline will be referred to the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity.

Report a criminal incident

If safety is a concern or you wish to report a criminal incident in connection with your experience, you may contact the Department of Public Safety
