In summer 2020, President Eisgruber charged the cabinet to begin the strategic work of developing plans to combat systemic racism at Princeton and beyond. We understand this work is an ever-evolving process. We also understand the need for transparency and a mechanism to keep our community informed on where we stand as an institution is crucial. Here, we will provide a report, annually, that outlines what we have done and where the journey will take us as an institution and a community.
