Annual Reports Annually, the University publishes reports that present both our progress toward creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive campus as well as provide trends and observations related to incidents of bias, discrimination and harassment. Bias Annual Report The Annual Report on Bias at Princeton University presents trends and observations related to reported bias incidents and complaints of discrimination and harassment. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Annual Report The annual DEI Annual Report highlights the many ways that Princetonians collaborate to improve access, create partnerships and programs, innovate systems and sustain a healthy climate. Diversity Strategic Plans Princeton has undertaken several strategic initiatives to enhance its diversity and campus climate. May 2016 CPUC Special Task Force Progress Report This progress report provides updates on campus climate initiatives as of May 2016. May 2015 Task Force Report on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion This report made recommendations to enhance campus climate for students. Trustee Ad Hoc Committee on Diversity Report This report identifies ways to make Princeton University a more diverse and inclusive community, with a focus on graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, faculty and senior administrators. Wilson Legacy Report This report examines whether changes should be made in the ways in which the University recognizes Woodrow Wilson’s legacy.
